I placed my order on February 12, 2023, and here we are on February 16, 2023, and my phone is still locked. I've reached out to customer service, but no updates or responses have come my way. This is just awful service and I really can't trust them.

2. The term 'IMEI Clean' in the work description seems to be a bit of an English idiom, and it doesn't translate well into other languages. I wasn't sure if UNLOCK really matched the work, so I’d appreciate it if you could use clearer terms that avoid idiomatic expressions.
